In most synchronous sessions you will hear the facilitator talking, and on occasion you may hear a classmate ask or answer a question. So what can you do to deal with these differences in experience?

The software you will be using to connect to the course provides a variety of ways to interact with the facilitator and others in the course. You will have the ability to signal the facilitator that you have a question by clicking on a “raise hand” button, send questions by voice or text message, and exchange text messages with others in the online marketing course. Being familiar with the capabilities of the software and the function of each button will help you feel comfortable attending the online marketing course.
